American Retrieval does the administrative coordinator work for insurance and legal professions needing medical records as they work on behalf of injured patients. Our record retrieval specialists use various methods (email, web portals, phone calls, faxing, Googling, etc.) to find and get requested documents back to our clients professionally, accurately and efficiently.
This job requires that you use your excellent computer (MS Office), communication, organization and follow up skills to complete and submit record requests via computer dashboard to medical record custodians and follow up at regular weekly intervals. This process is highly automated, however occasionally there will be a snag that requires some research and unraveling.
